Can anyone identify this shirt?

I've been asked by a tech numpty whether I know of a way of finding this blue and white shirt, which she's seen in a newspaper article. I can't. Can anyone help?

It's an old Top Shop design, not available now. If you google toile de jouy shirt then you'll find alternatives.

It's not a random link. My friend sent me a link to a page of the Telegraph. I archived it myself using. But here's a screenshot.

There will be a screenshot eventually. Thanks so much for the toile de joie suggestions. I was looking for willow pattern but knew that wasn't accurate.
