LED face masks - do they make a noticeable difference?

I'd love to hear from anyone who has used them and what they think. I'm considering the Sensse Elite model (£199), particularly to address hyperpigmentation and fine lines. I'm late 40s with an average/below average amount of wrinkles, very deep '11' lines (so not expecting miracles here) and melasma that has not improved with general skincare. I'm pretty good at keeping out of the sun and/or using SPF.

I invested in a Phillips Lumea IPL about 7 years ago and it was an absolute game changer. I'm hoping this will be an equally sound investment.

Red light can actually make melasma worse on some skins.

I haven't noticed a reduction in wrinkles but my face definitely looks brighter and more even. Have been using consistently for 18 months.

Just jumping in here to ask which mask you have please? I’m weighing up my options currently as well!
