Please suggest a stylish yet practical bag pack for this 40 something

I have avoided getting a backpack but now think it’s time I get one. Mostly as an extra cabin bag and every day purpose to replace my mid size Le Pilage.

Preferably non American brand please because of their tariffs, I am trying to avoid buying from the country as much I can.
