Soolantra on prescription for your rosacea if you don’t already use it.

I don’t think your pores look abnormal - they’re not meant to be invisible.

But very often around times of stress people stop eating well - which doesn’t help. I’d suggest looking after yourself - plenty of fruit and vegetables, full fat dairy products, olive oil, and avoiding alcohol and UPFs as far as possible. Plus plenty of sleep and fresh air. Give yourself time to recover.

I use a primer called Pore Blur by Revolution. It’s like poly filler for skin!
Also, Laura Mercier translucent powder helps to hide pores.

It is really cheap but I love the Nivea Derma Toner. It is a BHA toner which seems to have really helped my oily skin, enlarged pores and blackheads. I just put it on a cotton pad and wipe it over my face after cleansing every other night.

And I use a chemical exfoliant cleanser, Paula’s Choice serum and a facial oil - but I had assumed that Tretinoin (which I’ve never used) covered all of these steps.

Ha! Wrong thread. This isn’t the one where the OP has been using Tretinoin for years. Apologies!
