Help - wedding guest outfit needed

I am going to a wedding in a few weeks. Dress code is dress to impress and can't be green. I am a size 20 about 5ft11 tall. I do have a bit of an hourglass shape. I am really struggling to find something nice to wear. I have a dress from seasalt that might work but it feels a bit casual. I have been looking on vinted but I am not sure what would be good. I don't usually wear many dresses, but tend to go for a wrap dress. Budget is as little as possible really! Any suggestions or new ideas would be really helpful!

I’m a similar size to you @Craftyrose and have eye on this! I have a very culinary one in another print which is gorgeous and fits so nicely 😊

Do a search for Donald Stanley on Vinted. They used to do handmade wrap dresses/kimonos for ALL sizes and used some top quality fabrics. Unfortunately the company is no more but you do get some lovely dresses pop up on Vinted if you like artful draping.

I’m really glad you like them. And the chance of someone else at the wedding wearing the same dress is exactly zero. 😀

I'm similar OP and rarely wear dresses. Investing in good support garments including a supportive bra can make everything look smoother and make you feel more confident. I also find a coat of fake tan helps me too. M&S do some good suck in spanx pant things. It depends on your shape/style/colouring etc.

A friend swears by Scarlett and Jo dresses but I've never tried them- look on vinted. Jumpsuits get mentioned all the time, but again I don't have one.
