I have just had dermal fillers on my marionette lines, about 4 days ago. Ive got some bruising to be expected, but the feel of the fllers are feeling protruding under the edges of my bottom lip, running into lengthways across there. Hard to explain. so it looks like my bottom area under my lower lip are like ive got something in my mouth puffed out a bit. Is this normal..?

Fillers take a while to settle, give it two or three weeks and they'll relax out. Some swelling is normal too.
