Dress sizes

Can anyone tell me what the sizes are like for Scarlet & Jo and Joanna Hope. I've seen some dresses I like on vinted but just wondered if sizes are true to size or come up small as I've haven't bought these brands before.

I’ve had dresses from both (most recently Joanna Hope in a size 20), and would agree true to size; both also accommodated a generous bust (HH cup) which is where dresses often fail for me.
