Magnetic lashes or lash tint?

Opinions on magnetic lashes? The ads make them look really easy to apply, but are they actually? And are they easy to reuse? Any other recs on what to use? Considering lash tinting also but my lashes arent very long and dont tend to curl well. Are any of them cruelty free?

I’ve only read bad reviews about the magnetic lashes, but also interested in replies.

What about a lash lift? (I’ve never had one).

Yes I was thinking of a lift as well, am worried about my lashes falling out though, they're pretty weak little feckers. Shame about the magnetic lashes, they look like the ideal solution!

Magnetic lashes are a con. I got sucked in and they are virtually impossible to put on and pull your real eyelashes out if you want to try again. I don't recommend them.

A lash lift is the better option of the two - it lasts longer and you don’t have to worry about pulling them off and damaging your own lashes..
You could try a lash tint first to see how your lashes react if they are weak, but a good beautician will advise you on whether they are suitable for a lash lift or not. A good lash lift will also mean you take home a serum with you to keep your lashes in good condition.
Most lashes are suitable. Good luck with it all
I get mine done every three months or so and I love the result.

I wear magnetic every day and have for years, very easy to put on and stay on and one pair lasts me about 6 months. I use the magnetic eyeliner on the top so they don’t mess up my own lashes. I have a pair for day time and a more dramatic pair for events etc

Oh, I hadnt thought about damage to my own lashes from pulling them off but having watched some videos it does look a bit brutal. @Disturbia81 that sounds good, but on reflection Im a whatsit for rubbing my eyes so not sure any of the magnetic ones would work anyway. I'll look at tints/lifts!

Thank you all, especially @halfpasteleven for the info
