I have seen a couple of beauty posts on socials pop up about MNM never heard of it , has anyone tried it ?

Yes, I take it.

It helps with my energy levels, concentration and sleep.

(Ignore the fact I’m awake at 4:30. I’m in a hotel with a very uncomfortable bed).
