Quick question before starting collagen

Apologies if this has been asked before, I have searched threads and google and can’t find an answer. I am early 50’s and have decided to start using collagen powder to try and sort my thinning hair and aches and pains. I am also on sertraline and just want to check that it is safe to start the collagen. It’s the collagen glow up powder from nutrition geeks if that makes any difference. Thank you !

I've been taking it for 4 months and noticed no difference whatsoever in my thinning hair, nor my skin.

There's an interesting podcast called Sliced Bread on BBC Sounds which tells you lots about it.

I take it for aches and pains and it does seem to have improved things. Some minor skin improvement maybe, but it has additional ingredients that might account for that.

Collagen powder will not sort your thinning hair. I use Regaine and that has really helped.
