I need a new watch as my trusted old classic sulver watch has broken in two places.
Now i rely on my watch heavily for my work and it is important that i can be precise to the minute. For that reason, i would prefer quartz.
However, i am getting older and my eyesight is getting worse… i do wear glasses for reading but when i work, i do not have my glasses and so i need a watch with the hands big enough so i can see without my glasses.
With this in mind i am hesitating between two styles/models: a garmin that look as classy as a traditional watch or an ordinary watch i particularly like the sternglas ones, esp the one will the golden rose bracelet (but is gold rose a bit out of fashion these days?).
i prefer the sternglas ones but i think the garmin might be easier to look at with my eyes (i have a small prescription but still, i have a small tissot watch and i cannot read the time! ) I will go in shops and try them on. But perhaps you may have some advice and some other suggestions. Thanks in advance!
