Clothes for surgery

Hello!
I’m surgery on my neck and I need vest tips that are button up or I can pull up from the bottom up. Ideally cotton and not looking to spend a fortune. I’ve looked but can’t find anything yet. Also a front fastening crop top or bra!

Beyond nine has lots of sleeveless button up tops, but they're not the cheapest about £40 each.

When I had shoulder surgery the best thing I found was the kind of vest tops with a built in bra. No fastenings: I stepped into it and hoicked it up.

ah you’ve given me an idea, I might be able to find pj tops that I can step into. Then just chuck a shirt on top if needed.
