Nipple coverage for camisole tops

I don't want to wear a strapless bra, or any bra really, when on holiday somewhere in 40 degrees heat. But I also don't want my permanently erect nipples poking through my camisoles, either. (Boob droop from years of pregnancy and breastfeeding). Usually padded t-shirt bras make this a non-issue for me but it's not usually as hot as it will be on holibobs and I don't want the extra layer or the straps.

Any suggestions?

Primark/M&S do stick on nipple covers. They'll work unless your skin is sensitive to the adhesive.

I use the larger nipple covers that are all over Amazon atm - I'm able to hoick my droopy boob up quite a bit and they're big enough to stop some of the wobble.
