Waterproof "mum rucksack"

Not a changing bag, but big enough for snacks, waterproofs, change of clothes, colouring book etc.

I have a Roka Canfield B medium (15l) at the moment and it is perfect until it rains and everything gets soggy. So looking for something similar but waterproof!

Brightly coloured is a bonus as I'd like it to be noticeably different to my boring black work rucksack.

Any recommendations?

I should mention, I like the pocket at the front of the Canfield, and the bottle/umbrella holders at the side, so something with those would be ace!

I have an Osprey Daylight Plus for work and I'm happy with it. It has a zipped front pocket and also a front pouch that you can shove things such as tissues into.
