Flat shoes with deeper toe box for tilted big toes

Id love to find some loafers with a deeper toe box - the nail bed on my big toes is tilted. It's just a genetic thing but makes finding comfortable shoes (other than sneakers) a real pain. Does anyone else have this? Any suggestions?

If you can lay your hands on a pair of Allbirds, I think you wouldn't look back.

Naturalisers are really wide so might be suitable.

Thanks folk- I don't have especially wide feet - it's the depth of the toebox that's the issue as my big toes tilt up!
