Volume with no hairdryer

Does anyone know if there's a product you can use that gives volume to fine hair but doesn't require a hairdryer or heated appliance?

I've used this and found it pretty decent considering I don't really know what I'm doing when it comes to hair! Got sucked in by an online ad. Dry shampoo and backcombing adds volume too.

Try no heat curls. You can buy the hair wraps. Wash and towel dry hair very well or let partially air dry, prep with a styling product and then wrap. Sleep in them and voilà

Thank you! I might give those a go when I'm home! This is for a sailing holiday so I need low maintenance but just something so my fine hair doesn't look atrocious when in restaurants.

Salt spray does it for me.
