Short shorts with pockets!

I'm going on holiday soon and it's going to be hot there so I want some shorts that are on the shorter side (ie upper thigh length) but with at least one pocket so I can pop a hotel room key or whatever in there. I don't want cycle style. Has anyone got a good recommendation?

I buy denim shorts from Zara. Always have pockets

Sweaty Betty Explorer shorts are great. Expensive but I got a discount code. Don't crease and dry really quickly. Worth every penny and in 2 lengths. I am usually a budget shopper - H&M, Primark and M&S but one pair of these is much better than 2 pairs of any others!
