25 year medical school reunion black tie dress help!

As title…size 14, age 48…like Bardot neckline/square neck/puff sleeve (subtle puff not massive!)…black tie for husband…happy to buy or hire etc. Budget £200-300 for dress. Am a consultant/mum to 2 children (13 and 8)/outdoorsey/country stuff and this is not my specialist area!!! Any help much appreciated! Thank you!
