Storage solutions for skin-care & make-up

I have recently started a proper skin care routine and had a make-up overhaul and wanted some recommendations for different organisation and storage options as currently its all piled up together and I think this will keep me keep focused on a proper routine in the longer term.

I have new make-up that I would only use for a night out (lipstick, primer, foundation, contour, blush, brow pencil, mascara) - so I need use this max once a week in the evening. Maybe something portable so I can move it easily to the kitchen table where there is the best light.

I have a new evening routine which is cleanse (misc water), apply tret, eye-cream and moisturiser. I have found doing this whilst sat watching the news to be more motivating than in the bathroom/bedroom later on - so need something I can leave in the lounge.

My morning routine is cleanse (misc water), serum, moisturise, tinted SPF + mascara, brow pencil and lip balm which I tend to do in the kitchen. I then would need to take my tinted SPF and lip balm out with me for the day.

I think that I need to have transparent stuff as I am ADHD and if I cant see it I forget about it.

Any ideas or recommendations welcomed.

My makeup is in a Lock and Lock lidded box. Things used every day are on my table in an open topped acrylic box, which keeps everything upright and together.

I think thats a good idea to have everything upright - but a lid that I would misplace is just asking for trouble for scatty me. I think I need a few caddy type things (bit like for cuttlery in a dishwasher - obvs not as big) with handle as I will move them about.

If you go to your local recycling place, the blokes might let you take the cutlery holders from discarded dishwashers.

The things I use all the time aren't in a lidded box, BTW.
