Shoes to go with this type of dress

I have this style dress (in navy) that I need to wear for business attire + jacket.

What comfortable shoes can I wear? I need to stand most of the day and my feet swell in this heat. Has anyone got a suggestion? NOT very flat shoes like ballet pumps - I cannot wear these!

Clarks Alda sandals in white. Supremely comfortable and I wear them with a navy dress, a navy skirt and navy palazzo pants.

I also have Fit Flop Gracie Slides in "Paris Beige" which I wear with the same clothes.
