Could someone please kindly talk me through the best type of facial to get for a generally refreshed look?

36, recently had a baby, skin is pretty good but just fancy a bit of a treat and looking glowy/refreshed.

Personally found no difference in appearance no matter what fancy technique they used. And they have their own preferred lotions and potions. Frankly just ask your beautician what you are hoping to achieve and they can use the masks/lotions to suit. I always go for the longest with a nice massage!

This was sort of my thinking, but wondered if I was missing something re techniques etc.
