Which colour skirt?

I struggle with confidence with choosing clothes…so I am asking for some advice: what are your thoughts about this skirt and if positive thoughts on it which should I choose - white or yellow? It’s for a holiday initially but also general wear afterwards. Thank you

The yellow is quite creamy looking rather than a vibrant vivid yellow so a lot of colours would go ok with it, so personally I would go for that one rather than the white one.

I prefer the white. It's like 1976 all over again 😊

just a caution, did you notice that the lining is 100% polyester, so it may not be as cool/wafty as you hope.

Definitely have the white one. The skirt isn't lines only the pockets are lined with polyester.

I saw them in person in Uniqlo yesterday. They seemed good quality for the price.

The skirt is lined. You can see it in some of the photos. Also, the description says so.

The lining is cotton. Pockets are polyester lined. That's how I read it anyhow

I tried this shirt on yesterday. Lovely, I bought a dress instead. White is a good option.

Yellow if you'll only wear it with pastel colours, otherwise white.

I like that , it’s really nice , I’d get both then see what looks best with all your tops at home .
My preference would be white ..BUT if I got one I’d have to get it in the black 🤣 white wouldn’t stay white for long in my house .

I have this skirt in a khaki green colour, it's given me many years of good service for holidays. Packs brilliantly, it will not crease, hangs well and is very comfortable. Of the two colours you're considering I'd go for the pale yellow as you can still wear white tops with it without looking too matchy-matchy, and it would also go well with deeper blues and other strong colours. Would be a great holiday buy.

I've got the white & yes it does have a polyester lining. The skirt hangs really well & the white goes with lots of other shades. Lemon is very much a colour of the moment & will probably not be in next year. Plus the colour would be limiting. Whereas a white skirt is forever popular.

I like the brown best! The yellow is too ‘colour of the week’ and might be annoying by September. The white is ok but would be better in a starchier cotton. The black only works if you intend to take only neutral coloured tops.

Yellow, for sure! It’s a lovely shade of yellow and very pretty whereas the white is boring, clinical and will be sure to get grubby the first time you wear it.

As others have said, yellow is very much the colour of the moment, and will probably be completely out of fashion next summer! If you go for the white it'll be pretty timeless.

I ordered the yellow one the other day and it's on its way to me. I think it's so pretty and I don't mind that it's this summer's 'in' colour.

I already have a similar white skirt, so the yellow was an easy choice.

Black for me, white for you

If you find you like the fit and style when you try it on I would buy both the white and the black.
Both those colours would go with all the tops in my wardrobe!
Not so keen on the yellow myself as it’s not a colour I would tend to wear 🙂

I'd be buying the yellow and the brown. Id steer clear of the white, I'm incapable of staying clean

I personally like a darker colour for a skirt , but I think you would be better choosing white if you want lighter and I would pair it with a black fitted top.

I have some linen shorts in this colour, they look great with black, white or most shades of blue.
