Manky Postpartum Hair

Since I had my second child just over a year ago, my hair texture has changed massively. It used to be very fine but silky whereas now it’s dry and wiry but still poker straight. It almost sounds crispy when I rub my fingers through it.

I don’t know if it’s a hormonal or iron deficiency issue, if it’s perimenopause (I’m 37 and have a few other symptoms) or if it’s just my hair greying and changing texture under the dye.

Nothing I do seems to soften it, it always feels (pardon the TMI) like the same texture as a pube which makes it impossible to style.

Any ideas? Tips? Product advice?

Thanks.

I could have written this post!! If anything mine has always been on the greasy side but since having second DC last year it is really dry despite conditioner (which I never even used before having her). It's like she's sucked all the life out of my hair😆

Don't really have any advice as I am also still looking for the solution so following for any tips others may have.
