I’m currently waiting to get my Invisalign - really interested to get any hints and tips from people who have them / previously had them, in terms of how you keep up with cleaning after eating when out and about etc Any products it’s worth getting to make the process easier etc? Thanks ☺️

Hi! I’m currently 3 months into mine!
first thing and most important, order some aligned removers from Amazon cos trying to get them out without is super difficult!
id also recommend a travel sized soft toothbrush and I have a couple of small tubes of toothpaste to carry with you, as you have to brush whenever you eat!
good luck with it. It’s amazing the changes that happen!

I was given aligner removers by my orthodontist as part of the whole aligner package. Make sure you wear them for the maximum amount of time required. I aimed for 22 hours a day and used my Alexa/phone to time my ‘meal breaks’. Don’t just try to guess timings. Good luck - you won’t regret it once you get to the end with lovely straight teeth.

Thank you … I’m very excited to start!
I’ve seen disposable ‘no water’ tooth brushes on Amazon - are these any good for when you’re out without a sink to use?

I have never seen those! I tend to just always try and have a bottle of water with me!
