Have an 11+ hour flight in two weeks.
Normally wear loose trousers and shirt, and layers as the temp can fluctuate, but now having bad hot flushes since coming off HRT and wondering if there are any combos that might work better. I’ve even considered a massive flowy dress! Obviously natural fibres are a must.
Any suggestions on what to try? (If it doesn’t work, I can always revert back to my tried and trusted for the flight back.)
