Which dress?

I love these dresses for an anniversary meal abroad…but I’m mid 50s, short, size 12 (just). Are they too young for me?

They are lovely dresses but as a size 12 short person the large pattern would drown me. I always do for small patterns and no sudden colour changes as that can make you look smaller.

They’re nice, the second look nicer and more dressy. I’d check what the first one looks like on you, as the horizontal blocks might make you look shorter/out of proportion.

They're both nice, I'd probably wear the 2nd for dinner though.

I like them both very much. Personally, I couldn't wear the first one because I need a supportive bra.

I don’t have the biggest chest so no issues there.

I like both! Would probably personally go for the second as my arms aren’t toned.

I ordered and got them and love the bird & palms one so much. It’s beautiful fabric and so flattering.

Sending back the other though, flimsy material, very dark and just not as lovely as the photos!
