I am size 14 but in M&S I'm size 16. I bought a dress in the sale today which STILL doesnt fit! Surely I can take it back for the same dress in an even bigger Size?

I noticed today when I used the self scan that it popped up a message to tell me items ending in .09 were non refundable or non returnable I can’t remember the exact wording

You can exchange but think there are shorter dates on sale
items. Check your receipt.

Yes, it would be a ‘straight swap’. I used to work for M&S.

M&S normally comes up bigger than most shops, I’m guessing there could be issues with the range then
