What black eye liner pencil doesn't run

I'm newly single (after 34 years and his infidelity) and decided to wear some makeup to a recent event. Went in feeling great and confident but when I stepped back into the car took one look at my eyes and felt more like the Bride of Frankenstein! Any recommendations please.

Wunderbrow eyeliner is rock solid for me, and I am not one who keeps makeup on easily. That and the ELF tubing mascara stood up to a very sweaty rock gig at the front and didn’t move at all

I have the same issue, no matter what I wear in my water line (I've tried them all) it just smudges and I look like a panda. I do showgirl makeup for stage and the only thing that has ever helped me was prepping the skin under my eyes. Moisturised every step of the way and prime too and use good setting spray. I just use liquid liner on my lids now rather than anything in my water line.

I like MAC gel liner it stays really well unless I rub my eyes but even then it just smudges a bit but mostly stays on so just need to wipe up the smudge rather than reapply.

What do people mean by tubing mascara? Don't they all come in tubes? 🤨

It means it forms tubes over your eyelashes. It doesn’t smudge and is easy to remove.

If you’re on a budget, I recommend Rimmel Scandaleyes. They are quite sticky I find and not smudgy. Invest in a setting spray too.

I love VB and Zoeva eyeliners for brown and grey eyeliners but Diorshow is the best black one. It’s matte and just glides on.
