Is there such a thing? Near to 50 but feel like ELDW is too heavy

Estée Lauder futurist hydra rescue, it’s gorgeous

Itpim · 01/07/2025 00:55

Agree but feel quite a light coverage

Marley99 · 01/07/2025 00:56

Nars?

Anna20MFG · 01/07/2025 00:59

Nars has this for me, but presumably depends on skin type. I also looked at Armani.

DidILeaveTheGasOn · 03/07/2025 20:36

Estee Lauder Futurist Skin Tint - lovely coverage and a glowy finish.

DoreenCorkhill · 03/07/2025 22:33

Boots No7 Hydroluminous.
Very good .
Around £16 a tube too .
I like it more than several higher end foundations I have used .

Whosaysyoucanthaveitall · 03/07/2025 22:49

Nars sheer glow for me!

I've just started using this, it's lovely.

No 7 Hydraluminous is good but I switched to Sculpted by Aimee a few years ago

I know it maybe has a rep as for "mature" skin but I really like Elizabeth Ardens Flawless Finish + it's a cream compact which makes it very easy to shove in a bag for any emergency touch ups.

dudsville · 04/07/2025 08:38

ELDW and that sheer version are both trying to achieve the matt effect. For a glow you want the futurist hydra version. I agree with previous posters, I use it and really like it. I also put a layer of EA8hr nighttime miracle underneath it as I have dry skin, and that gives an added boost of glow.

Francestein · 04/07/2025 08:51

I find NARS looks great but never sets down. Fenty is beautiful but shades aren’t right for me. (My skin tone is tricky) Haus Labs is beautiful on me. Again, get some samples and try them. Some people find they oxidize. I only need the teeeeeniest bit. Coverage is great and it lasts all day. (Am a nurse so this matters)

The EL watery glow primer is amazing too for a fresh, not sweaty look 😂

Decapitatedsausage · 04/07/2025 09:52

I swopped from ELDW to Nars sheer glow. Might try the futuristic glow now though!

I always find I get a dewy effect with them, partly why i use them as my skin is very dry

LesFreresHeureux · 04/07/2025 10:41

I’ve just started using Kosas and I absolutely love it. I’m using the BB tinted gel cream which is nice and light, but the foundation has a similar dewy effect with more coverage.

RedBeech · 04/07/2025 10:44

I moisturise, use Rimmel 24 Hour London look and then add a tiny touch of Origins Ginzing on top.

WanderingWisteria · 04/07/2025 23:00

I’m currently using ELF. Teen DD uses it and I ended up borrowing hers at Easter when we went away and I forgot my foundation. I thought the look she had was just due to her age but it turns out that the foundation is contributing too
