July interview dress

NHS job, want to wear a dress due to the weather but not sure what to go for. Not had a summer interview before. I’m size 10, aged 40. Any budget. Any ideas? Thanks!

very airy, covered up, good for work but a bit fashionable with the waist etc. It gives a bit of a men’s suit vibe in the navy as the pale blue bands are just the colour of a man’s blue shirt and the collar and buttons are sharp.
