Exfoliating mitt

Please recommend me whatever you use for keratosis pilaris on your arms. Thanks!

I've been reading recently that using exfoliating mitts actually exacerbates the problem. Buy a big bottle of Glycolic acid from The Ordinary and apply with a cotton pad after patting down your skin post shower. Then use something like Cerave Sa cream afterwards.
