Swollen fingers

My fingers have doubled in size in this heat and my wedding rings are stuck solid! Any tips to prise them off? Or should I just leave them until the swelling goes down? My finger is suffocating.

Cold water
raise hand above heart
hand lotion

theres also a trick with thread but I’ve never done it myself

Lots of soap will do it. I never take my wedding ring off, it’s been there for over 25 years now.
