Heatwave workwear - tops

Hi everyone,

I'm on the hunt for some new workwear - tops to pair with tailored linen trousers.

Ideally, I'm looking for a cotton or linen blend top that covers my shoulders.

I've found this one:

Mint velvet cap sleeve t shirt

but I'm on the fence due to the mixed reviews. I'm size 6-8, athletic build, and suit winter colours (black, white, navy etc.).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I buy the linen v necks from Pure (usually in the autumn sale). The white ones aren’t see-through, which so many cheaper ones are, so I can wear them for work.

They're low on winter colours this year, though:

Another option is the Lydia linen tops from Kettlewell, but they seem to be constantly out of stock in winter colours, and they don’t do the ice colours which is what I’m really looking for.

They also have a nice white boxy shirt i have ordered but I don't want to shame myself with another long link 🤣

I don’t usually go for anything frilly or frou but have this in black and white (they don’t seem to have white any more) and it looks chic and smart with simple black jeans or trousers.
