I ordered a dress from them on 27 March, and it arrived today, 25 June, so it was practically 3 months.
I really liked the ethos of the company, fair wages, no waste as they only make to order and that they say they support the communities where their workers live. . I knew that my order would take time and was fine with that. I had an email informing me that my dress was being made and that they would email me when it was due to be despatched. This was towards the end of April and I thought my order would turn up early May. No more emails arrived from them so I thought it would be best to contact them it was not an easy process. I ended up leaving a negative review on Trustpilot saying I had not recieved my order 2 months after if was placed They replied to me on Trustpilot with a link to contact them. I did this and they sent me a code by email to progress my enquiry. Entered the code which enabled me to write and send an email asking what had happened to my order. Sent it and never had a reply! The dress is lovely and very well made but I would never buy from them again. The huge delay plus the difficulty of contacting the company means that I will not shop with them again. Was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience or maybe a much better one
