Blackheads in 40s

I’ve just looked at my nose under the torch on my phone and it is absolutely covered in blackheads.

I have found previously that the strips and masks don’t work. I had one of those suction devices years ago but I don’t know where the charger is.

Is there something quick and simple I can do? What is causing them at my age?

It might just be enlarged pores or sebaceous filaments.

How would I know the difference?

I use a tee tree oil scrub, really thoroughly once a week.
