Hats!

I’m in search of a sun hat that doesn’t tip me into looking like either a child or a doddery grandma. I have a big floppy one for holidays that is completely impractical and feel that I look faintly ridiculous in a baseball as I’m not built for sport. I have 2 small children so need something that will stay on when I bend over but ideally also look nice. Any suggestions please??

Try Solbari. Loads of choice. What you need for security is a chin strap - lots of their women's styles have a detachable one. One or two have a wire that theoretically allows you to shape the hat to your head - I have no experience with these.

I agree with Solbari - I have a couple from there and they are great. Huge choice of styles.

M & S £19.50. Beige linen type. I have loads of sun hats and really like this one as it holds the large brim shape quite well.
Just had a look and they are sold out online but saw them in the shop this week.

I have a lovely straw hat that I bought in a charity shop, it was brand new and set me back £6.99.
