Hi, has anyone got the Ziip Halo and has any feedback on it? I held off from getting it last year when all the influencers were talking about it, because I wanted to see whether it was actually something that was any more than the usual fads that pass - given the price! Thanks.

I have one, I love it. You need to be consistent but my skin is so much better the tone is more even my jawline is much less saggy and overall my skin looks brighter and healthier. I’m currently following the 30 day plan. It’s not a miracle worker but it does really help.

Definitely tempted now, thanks! Do you use their gel too?

Before you buy, read the reviews on amazon .com (USA) Loads of comments on product failure and poor customer service.

I’ve had mine a year, I use the gel in the silver bottle but you can also use ultrasound gel. I’ve never had any issues with mine and I needed to ask a question about one of the programmes and they were quick to respond. Don’t know how that would translate if I were contacting because it’s broken! Have a look at her instagram. All the influencers put me off I was sick of seeing them but my friend got one so baaaaa!

I do really like it and I’ve made it a sort of ritual. Brilliant before a night out/wedding etc gives you that nice lifted look and an extra glow. If you get one take photos every so often so you can see if it’s doing anything for you.

And now I’m tempted again! It does sound like the kind of effects I’d be hoping to get from it.

I love mine - it’s made a real difference. I had to return my first one as it stopped charging. Customer service were amazing and sent me a new one with no hassle. It seems the problem was gel getting it the charging port and they sent me a little rubber plug to put in the port to protect it and it didn’t happen again. I know some people have fried theirs by using a charger that’s too strong - it should be no more than 5v.

I've just got a Ziip Halo....opened on Christmas day. It doesn't seem to make the 'vuuum' vibration. It just makes a sound/ vibration at the end of each programme.
Is it meant to be like this? Any tips? Currently feeling like I've been duped! @VeryScary @WildFlowerBees would love to hear if this is correct, thank you

have you downloaded the app? If so and you’ve chosen a program and it doesn’t make the noise after each area I’d return it.

I love mine and I definitely notice a difference. It tightens the jaw line and skin looks better.

I keep losing the bloody charger though - it’s a very small white one. Scared to try my phone charger in case I break it!

I also just got mine for Christmas. I like using it as it is so much less effort compared to the previous microcurrent device I had, the app is great. But I was surprised how gentle the current contractions were. Yet to see any effect after about 10 uses. I am using „Silver Gel”.

A new Halo 2.0 just got released with “stronger currents you can feel working from the very first treatment”. Same price as well. Slightly gutted :(
