Considering HIFU/Ultraformer for my face. I have upper lip lines etc and considering the costs was wondering peoples experience of this.

I had this, didn’t notice any difference. It wouldn’t make any difference to lip lines anyway. You need filler or possibly laser for those. Tret might help but will take time.
I think many of these non surgical treatments, apart from fillers and Botox, are a big let down, promise much, deliver little and cost a lot.

I had 3 sessions, expensive and useless 😢

I walked at the cost, but I got Fotona 4D which was a third of the cost..... I did see difference from that. I think all this type of thing heats the structure of the skin up deep down. It shrinks your facisia so think about that.

I googled Fotona laser, and it can melt fat, something the ageing face doesn’t want!

Thanks so much! My instinct was to stick to fillers and Botox (have had them in the past) and it seems you have all confirmed that, thank you!!

I have Botox and I'll do microneedling to improve the texture and appearance of my skin but I'll have to have filler I think as some laser isn't going to help my sagging face. I've looked into most things and apart from a face lift, fillers is probably the only thing that will make a difference

I agree, Botox is great. Go easy on fillers as they can drag your face down as you get older and give you a puffy look.
Microneedling and lasers are the only things worth spending money on in my opinion and I’ve tried pretty much everything!

I have had skin boosters too which were good. I’m really happy with the woman that does my Botox but I’m not confident with her fillers and the old place I went to I always felt quite rushed. Trying to find a good place for fillers in Oxfordshire/Bucks is a minefield!
