What to wear on holiday to look beautifully chic

Not like the middle aged frump i realise I looked like last year when looking through photos. I was wearing vest tops/ jersey shorts. I want to get a tan as I walk around while looking effortlessly cool and chic. Ideas?

Personally I think a nice white, crisp linen top with beige shorts or skirt look classic and cool. Pair with a thin brown or tan leather belt and tan or brightly coloured flat sandals or sandal wedges.
Or a shift or shirt dress in a plain colour brightened with accessories and nail varnish, nice sunglasses and a good haircut.

I think a nice sundress looks stylish and easy as no need to match top and bottom.

The trouble with crisp, white linen is that it doesn't stay that way for long.
Wear cotton loose tops, rather than vests, and cotton skirts or shorts. Go for bright colours!
OP, enjoy your holiday, I'm sure you didn't look that bad!

Yes, a cotton sundress always looks good, loose and cool.

Someone in here recommended "what to wear for" on Instagram and it's really helped me with style ideas! Have a lovely hol!

Sundresses are your friend with a nice pair of sandals, choose colours that complement your hair and skin colour
