So I am joining the gym next week but I have put on several stone in the last few years, so I need something to wear!
I was walking through primark and it looked skimpy! I’m actually starting off with classes so need something suitable for them.
im not ever very keen on ordering stuff online especially shein etc. thanks

I’ve been pleased with a couple of items I picked up in Matalan.

Sports direct karrimor

ASOS own brand is good - think it’s called 4505

I second this, all of my gym stuff is from here.

I got gym leggings & shorts from Decathlon. Very stretchy, high waisted and doesn't roll down, sucks in my 2x c-section pouch, breathable and doesn't show sweat patches in sensitive areas. Aso very comfortable.

Souluxe from Matalan is really good and not overly expensive.

There is a matalan very close to me so I will try there first. Thank you. Would never have thought of it.

My go to is karrimor from sports direct. For gym leggings I like ones with a cord inside- as I change shape regularly and it helps them not to roll down when I squat and am in-between sizes. Then just a long t-shirt over the top.....
