Help with hair growth & thickness

Is there anything I can take to help with hair growth & make my hair thicker? My hair isn’t as thick as it used to be after having my girls. They’re nearly 10 & 7 now & I miss my thick hair. It’s definitely thinner at the top now near my parting 😔

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Watching as I’ve tried everything and nothing helps. For me, it’s a mix of thyroid issues and weight loss.

I’ve tried-
Rosemary oil
Champo products (oils, shampoo, conditioner)
Hair gummies
Nioxin (shampoo, conditioner, mousse)
Marine Collegen
Biotin
Iron supplements

For me I found taking a super complex Vitamin B (high dose) & using shampoo with rosemary oil/extract really made a difference. I used L'Occitane. Took about a year to fully come back. But started seeing regrowth after about 8 weeks.

I've been putting collagen powder in my morning coffee for about a year, my hair is thicker with so much new hair coming through all at once it looks like I have a fringe 🤣

Are you using Marine or Bovine collagen?

I actually started taking the Vitamin B to counteract hormonal headaches. It was recommended by my GP. Discovered the hair growth increase as a pleasant bonus!

Weleda hair tonic (in the blue glass bottle) is unbelievable! I don't know how, but it works. Zero greasiness and it smells good too.

I couple that with Sukin or Weleda shampoo and conditioner. And a Mason Pearson pure hog bristle hairbrush. Gentle scalp massage to stimulate blood flow. .

A relative swears their powerful shower blows hair off their scalp, so maybe check that?! 😁
