I’ve got some thread veins on my face and I’m wondering if anyone has had any successful treatment on these? IPL or sclerotherapy?

I had a few NgYag laser sessions on my face. It's very slow progress and expensive and since I'm genetically predisposed to getting them and love hot showers, it was like whack a mole game but I was told that this is not a once and done thing. The veins successfully treated won't come back but if the cause isn't changed new ones will sprout out and get worse with age. So all the veins that initially seemed to lessen are back and worse now a couple of years later. I would have to return for a top up maintenance yearly costing £££s. It's also a bit painful so I decided to leave them and cover with make up.
I believe scelero is used on legs and not face. I think if you have the money, go for it.

I got laser treatment for thread veins on my chest area and it was really good. I’ve noticed a few more appearing on my face so I’ll go for more laser treatment on my face too. I agree it’s not a permanent fix though as my chest area probably needs done again and I last had treatment about 2 years ago.
