M&S online back in the saddle 😍

Just logged on and it seems online shopping has been reinstated.

Unfortunately half of what I want is now unavailable.

I got the most perfect pair of jeans just as the cyber attack happened and am keen to get more pairs of same.

(Slim cropped, they're so flattering in long length- still cropped as I am not particularly tall. I recommend to those of you who can order online)

Aaaargh. How annoying.

I think I've already got several pairs of those cropped jeans in my basket. I'm a hobbit so really appreciate the short length trousers they do.

Thank goodness! I am unable to go to the shops ( mobility issues) so rely on online shopping. I had seen a pair of shoes from M&S that I wanted just before they were hacked so ended up buying some very similar elsewhere. Unfortunately they did not fit well so had to be returned, I never have this problem with M& S shoes.

So when I read last night that they had resumed online shopping, I immediately had a look and although stock was limited, they did have my size, so they are now ordered and i should get them next week. Fingers crossed they fit well, being size 8, it’s more common to only have smaller sizes available so I was very happy!

Yep, I can neither get anything I want in my size either store or online. The beauty bags sold out in-store before I could get to one and not available online 😭

Maybe they will try and get their appalling stock levels sorted out as a result of this debacle. It's always been a huge issue.

The beauty bags are incredible if you can get one - there were a few in our store today and I’m really impressed at what there is for £35. Full sizes and some fab summer holiday things.

I only wanted a couple of £6.50 halter neck vests and they’re ALL gone <sob>

Oh thank goodness. I really hope this problem hasn’t damaged them because I would be so sad if they closed. John Lewis and M&S are two shops I never want to close.

Everything in my wish list is out of stock. Is there a way to check in store stock levels online for beauty bag?

I filled a basket earlier in the week with loads of gorgeous underwear as I thought it was working again, and then it failed on the payment screen! I'll try again...

Done! It had remembered my basket. That's saved me an 80 minute round trip this weekend.

Everything I was waiting for was out of stock, even though I tried as soon as online ordering started up again.
So sad !!

If they've not sold anything on line for 6-8 self and stock levels in store are low, how can they be done ou? Where have the items gone?

They will have passed the misery on to their suppliers by cancelling orders. Who will have moved on to other customers by now.

They’re having to reload all items so it will take a few weeks for everything to be available. I assume they got to a point where they thought there was enough to at least get restarted.

I’m hoping for an amazing end of season sale 😁. That stuff is sat in their warehouses? That they just haven’t got everything on the website yet? There’s a nice shirt I’ve seen in store but not in my size, no sign of it on the website.

I’m in Ireland and still not online! It’s awful. Plus no beauty bags. Drove to a big M&S recently but none in store. Gutted.

Them coming back online has happened a week too late for us. DH has just finished working for them and our staff discount has ended. (I mainly used it for other brands).

They are back but haven’t got all of the products on yet so if there’s something you want that isn’t on there, it’s worth checking back again in the days / weeks to come.

I bet the IT department has been putting some overtime in, rebuilding the system!

Wonder if they will send emails and do some good sparks offers to lure us back .

ive only had one email weeks after cyber attack saying it happened and customers details hacked , but not bank ones !
