LV customer service

Has anyone experienced faults with LV bags and had to return in store? How is their customer service?

I bought a bad at the end of March and one of the straps has started peeling. Hoping they'll just replace the strap.

Not LV for a fault (but did have my bag cleaned and retouched by them recently - fab service!) I took a Dior back to the store when the clasp came off on the 2nd use - they packed it up and sent it to France where it was 'repaired' (they actually sent me a replacement bag) and sent by courier to me at home. Also received a little gift by way of an apology. As they are all part of the same company I would expect you to receive similar good customer service.

Update. Went into LV yesterday and they've ordered me a new strap free of charge with no arguments. Great service.
