I'm starting to notice this forhead wrinkle and it's becoming more prominent.

Would microneedling help this?

Yes it would. I have various devices/pens but I'm currently loving derma-stamping and there are various stamps on Amazon that you can vary the depth.
Also smaller stamps for lines like you show in your photo to really target deeper lines.
Consistency is key though and you don't need to draw blood for it to work well.
Also pick the right actives for afterwards.
