Halara?

I literally have Halara adverts all over my feed. I’m tempted, but I’ve been burnt before with buying online and it turning out to be absolute cheap cr*p when it turned up.
Anyone bought from Halara? Honest thoughts?

Youtuber Grackle does a video where she tries Halara and finds it all pretty awful - I find similar items on Uniqlo

I have three pairs of Halara jeans and I love them. They are so comfortable. I’ve got a bit of a tummy and normal jeans just squash me or dig in or gape at the back. Halara are just soft and stretchy and comfortable. I’ve converted two of my closest friends and dress-down days at work (primary school) are now a parade of Halara jeans! If you have any wobbly bits or find standard jeans uncomfortable, I’d highly recommend them.

The ads where they are pulling them about and showing the stretch put me off because while a bit of stretch is good I can't imagine anything that stretchy staying in shape or holding me in where I need it.

I love the jeans. I’ve got the cords too which are so comfy to wear round the house. I buy mine from Vinted.

My first order - halara jeans & a jumpsuit -arrived this morning.
The jeans are the comfiest jeans I have ever worn, I am wearing them now. As long as they wash well, I can see me buying multiple pairs.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the jumpsuit. I think it will be a great day to evening staple

I have the ones with the turn up hem and I love them. They have been washed numerous times.

I have some of the straight leg ones -
only bought them recently and not washed yet, but I love them, so comfy. They remind me of the wonderfit jeans I used to have from Asda that covered two sizes, but with wider legs.

For those that have the jeans what is the sizing like? I see people saying they’re stretchy but I’m a 14/16 and no idea what to try

ArwenStewQueen · 07/06/2025 21:29

I’ve had a bit of a mixed bag - jeans and jumpsuit I loved, but some wide legged trousers seemed a bit ankle swinger on me (showing my age!) and I’m a modest 5’6…. But then I used to be a baggy trousered skater girl with eternally ripped and muddy hems much to my mothers annoyance 😂

I am a size 16 but my waist is more of an 18 so I had been struggling with jeans as those fitting my waist were too loose elsewhere. I have the 16-18 which is perfect.

I’m 5ft 3 and have the petite length.

I would add that the material is very thin so possibly not thick enough for outdoors in winter. Brilliant as a summer jean though.
