Recently tried Eve Lom, via a travel size from TK Maxx, and love it, but can’t justify buying the full size. Any recommendations for just as good, but not as spendy??

I like the Elemis one.

M&S pink tub is nice but recently using inkey list and it's also nice.
Inkey list was on boots £10 Tuesday for 2 tubes, while m&S still doesn't have online shopping.
Neither are as gritty as eve lom. You get a cloth with m&S but not with inkey list.

Eve Lom is my go-to, best purchased when there's a sale and you can get the massive tub. It last so long that I use the little plastic spatula thing so I'm not dipping my fingers in and making a germy reposit. I think it last about a yr and a half. I buy a tub about every other year, and I get the cleansing balm from The Ordinary if I've run out in between. Elemis is a really nice one, but by the time I've bought the big EL tub in a sale it doesn't work out to be cheaper. Aside from these 3, I find lots of others don't wash off as cleanly.

I use Elemis, the rose one, I stock up when it is on offer on QVC.

I have bought a tub of the one in Aldi to try as it is less than £6 and it smells similar to the Elemis one, if it suits my skin I will buy again.

Me too! It’s amazing stuff and smells lovely

The M&S Pure balm is lovely, slightly rise scented. I think nicer than the Elemis and a ton cheaper.

M&S Formula Restore & Nourish Illuminating Cleansing Balm
Or Bodyshop Camomile Cleansing Balm if they have an offer

Both melt and non gritty

dumpling123 · 07/06/2025 16:52

Elf do a lovely cleansing balm too

AFrankExchangeofViews · 07/06/2025 16:59

The new Liz Earle one is gorgeous, very natural like eve lom, and was reasonably priced when on sale at Boots.

DumpedByText · 07/06/2025 17:02

We swear by the Body shop camomile balm, only £12 and does a great job.

StinkingEelPie · 07/06/2025 17:04

Weleda have just brought one out and I love it. All pure natural ingredients

PolaDeVeboise · 07/06/2025 17:21

Thanks all. Do all of these remove stubborn mascara?

I've just the Superdrug hot cloth balm and my DiL loves Clinique " Take the day off" balm which I usually buy for her birthday
She has beautiful skin!

Serendipity24 · 08/06/2025 10:16

Banila Co Clean It Zero and Heimish All Clean Balm, both are great
