I’m 34 & currently don’t take any vitamins but thinking I maybe should but unsure exactly what.
Interested to know if any other mumsnetter’s of a similar age take anything & what ones you take?

🙂

At your age I just took vitamin D in the winter.

Depends on your diet and lifestyle. If you’re already getting enough of the right vitamins in your diet you don’t need to pay for vitamins, with the possible exception of Vitamin D. If you have symptoms of vitamin deficiency, seek medical advice.

Hiya Tinks15, this is my day job so happy to help :), I would take a good quality multi-vit from a good brand, I’d recommend Wild Nutrition or Viridian (revital have a sale on at the moment.) Depends on if you have any health concerns as to whether I’d look to supplement with anything else additionally.

Would you recommend a multivitamin for women from these brands? I got lost down a rabbit hole looking at clean vitamins the other day, just want one that isn’t full of binders etc that gives me the RDA for most vitamins I need in one tablet (and not a huge horse pill if possible!)

Yes these are all good ingredients no filler. Companies that sell capsules rather than tablets are a good indication of this too. No need for fillers in a cap generally.
