My lips have disappeared

Anyone else?

I'm 38 and in the past couple of years my lips have become really pale – like there's little distinction between where my skin ends and my lip begins. I look like a ghost...

Is there anything that can be done?

I'm not anaemic, blood pressure is normal...

Do I just need to accept it and get a good lip stain to wear daily?

Wonderskin do a good lip stain. Revolution do good lip paints. Have you lost volume as well? I’m in my 60s and had a TINY bit of filler in my top lip as it had completely disappeared on one side. It has really made a difference.

@MadKittenWoman I don't THINK I've lost volume so much, yet – but maybe a little. It's mostly the colour I'm noticing... Will check out those recommendations!

Wonderskin is good but I found it looked quite dry. I had lip blush done. This is semi permanent tattooing. It wasn't cheap, £250 but I've had it on for nearly five years and it still looks great.

Not sure about banning them, but I've never worn high heels for ages and don't see myself ever doing so again.

They are uncomfortable and restrictive and I prefer the look of low heels - I just think they're more elegant and less 'try hard' than stilettos.
