Any neck cream that actually work?

My neck is aging me badly.

Does anyone have any recommendations for one that actually works.

Also any ideas for a quick fix under make up that temporarily tightens for a few hours?

I recently bought this from tiktok , a bit soon to know how well it works, but the applicator is fab and feels like is actually helping.
